Judy brings 17 years of business, finance and technology experience to The
Intellection Group. Judy's experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for a $20 million
engineering consulting business where she was responsible for the financial, planning and administrative aspects
of the business. She was also a member of the executive committee. Other experience includes a fortune
500 insurance brokerage firm, a fortune 1000 services firm and several technology start-up companies. She has
knowledge of and experience with finance, financial reporting, treasury and cash management, acquisition,
post-acquisition integration, commercial debt facilities, corporate asset/liability management, bankruptcy
accounting, software conversions, human resources and information technology.
Judy holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and a master of business
administration degree from the Pace University in New York City. She is a member of the Georgia Society of
CPAs.

Dave Bernard, MCSD, MCDBA
CIO/CTO, Co-Founder |
Dave brings 28 years of continuous full life cycle software development, project
management and consulting experience to The Intellection Group. Dave has a strong technical and business
background as an architect and developer of custom software solutions in a variety of industries, including
healthcare, property and casualty insurance, supply chain, financial services, retail, hospitality, real estate, church and academia.
Dave leads the effort in developing technology partnerships, mentoring resources and business
strategies that extend the overall service offerings of the Intellection Group.
Dave attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds several Microsoft technical certifications
(MCP, MCSD, MCDBA). His technical focus centers on database design and application
architecture technology, specifically multi-tier, COM+-based business solutions in a Microsoft Windows
environment. He leads the effort to develop leading-edge multimodal applications for a diverse group of client needs.

Paul James
Vice President, Development |
Paul oversees all software development actvities, leveraging over 15 years of
broad technical consulting services experience in project management, network design, web site design,
robotic controls, forensics investigation, communications integration, speaking and training. He has consulted
in a variety of markets, including engineering, healthcare, marketing, banking, retail, telecommunications and Manufacturing.
Paul leads company's effort to stay abreast of emerging and future technology trends, ideas and platforms. His "real world"
approaches to solving business problems rests on a balanced mix of technologies to bring a "just right" fit to each situation.
Paul leads the company's multi-national development teams and specializes in database-driven line-of-business applications,
customer portals, workflow solutions, and collaboration tools.
